Internode and Broadsoft have made available the NodePhone2, a second generation VoIP service. Using BroadSoft's VoIP application platform, the service delivers two-way broadband voice services to residential and business customers throughout Australia.
The service enables customers to receive high-quality calls from the traditional public switched telephone network (PSTN), in addition to making outbound VoIP calls to the PSTN and other NodePhone customers. Features include voicemail, speed dial, caller ID and a web portal customers can use to access itemised billing information and call history.
It is available as an individual service and as part of a number of service packages that combine voice and broadband services.
